This FPS games pack includes three shooting games set in the first person, but within a three dimensional environment. The games you can play are of the pick-up-and-go variety. They are mostly for casual gamers because they are not story heavy, they do not require a lot of skill building or training, and you do not have to level up as you would with a role playing game.

The three games in this pack are “Zombie Apocalypse Shooter,” where you mow down crowds of zombies, “Cop vs. Gangsters” which involves being shot at by the criminals, and “Star Battle” involves getting shot at by aliens.

These Games Were Built For Stressed People

If you are a man, then there are times when the testosterone slamming its way around your body will make you want to put a chair through a wall. Take out your aggression and frustration with these games. They are the sort of games you can just pick up and start playing, and there is nothing better than getting behind a machine gun and blasting everything on the screen until there is nothing left but blood, destruction, and bullet holes. If you are having a bad day, then play the zombie shooter first because there are more enemies on the screen at one time. Plus, there is less need to duck and cover when fighting zombies.

Zombie Apocalypse Shooter

It is a pretty fun game, but the trouble is that many of the guns do not seem to have the desired effect on the zombies (except the shotgun). The other problem is that only need to get slightly close to a zombie to lose life points, and they sneak up on you from all angles. The game is also too dark.

Cop vs. Gangsters

The colours are brighter and there are plenty of bad guys standing around that are not pointing their guns in your direction, but the weapons seem to be pretty weak and things such as the nozzle flare are all the same no matter what gun you pick. In other words, it doesn’t look as if the developers put much thought into this game.

Star Battle

Shoot the aliens through the HUD display and watch them blow up and die. It is a fairly fast-paced game that can get repetitive, but it may take a while before you start figuring out how repetitive it is. When the guns you use start having less effect, then you will appreciate the repetitiveness of the game. One of the main problems is that you can get shot from all angles, and it is difficult trying to pre-emptively protect yourself. It is also difficult to see where the fire is coming from.

Cons

• Zombie Apocalypse is too dark
• The Zombie Apocalypse zombies can injure you from far away
• Cop vs. Gangsters becomes repetitive very quickly
• In Star Battle it is difficult to see where shots are coming from
